I have raised 3 children then I became a teacher when the youngest was 13. I taught math to special needs students for 17 years. My hobbies are downhill skiing and golf. I’m also a singer songwriter I divorced after 30 years of marriage and now have 2 grand daughters and 2 more children soon to be married. I have lived in Birmingham AL since 1992. Now I spend a lot of time in Colorado, South Florida and traveling the world. I’m having a blast
Before I married I worked for a record company in LA and had a small business with my cousins selling excersize clothes and nasty lingerie.
I recently bought a condo in Denver to be nearer to the two children that live in Colorado. I have 2 grand daughters in Steamboat Springs and one on the way in Denver. all the children are married now. We still have a home in Birmingham, AL at present as my partner's family is there. I'm sad to say my partner of many years, Dan Trotman, MD has passed. I will be permanently in Colorado

Since college, I got my M.Ed in special education at the University of Alabama, Birmingham in 2001. I also became a National Board Certified Teacher in Special ed. It expired when I retired. When Covid is over I expect to resume my hobbies but also volunteer to help kids get caught up in math. I taught math in middle school and high school for 17 years (mostly high school). In retirement I tutored algebra and geometry to special needs kids. (autism). I have been very fortunate in so many ways.
